Ethics Institute of East Africa (EthicEA) brings on board a wealth of experienced consultants in business management, Human Resource consultancy, ethical culture, ethical leadership and integrity management development within individuals and organizations. The Institute previously operated and worked closely with Strathmore University while the University's Dean of Law School, Prof. Luis Franceschi was the institute's Board Chairman. Prof. Luis Franceschi is currently the Assistant Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Nations - UK.
Ethics Institute of East Africa is a membership organization with members drawn from businesses that espouse to business ethics (as corporate members), ethics champions, integrity champions, integrity assurance officers, anticorruption practitioners, Human Resource and Administration Officers, risk and audit officers, ethics and integrity management committee members and institutional anticorruption committee members.
The institute has a faculty of business consultants with experience in business management, Human Resource Management, ethics, leadership and integrity capacity development.
